20 Actionable CSN Diet Tips for Success

If you are looking for that extra little bit of help here are some things you can do to assure that you get the most from your CSN program

 

1. Get yourself a pill-holder (from Plastic land/ Clicks/ Dischem) and place The day’s CSN supplements in there. This way it’s easier to take all your CSN supplements with you.

2. Keep hydrated and don’t leave the house without a water bottle (min 2L per day) Make your water interesting and add some fresh herbs or fruit (on fruit days)

3. Get enough sleep – the more you can rest, the better your weight loss on the program

4. Meal Prep the night before

5. Plan your meals ahead

6. Keep a food journal

7. Do not weigh yourself everyday (Only on day 5 and day 11 and after that every 10 days

8. Don’t make the scale your only measure of progress – take cm’s, pictures, and notice how your clothes fit

9. Set an alarm and make sure to take all your CSN supplements

10. Don’t have anything in your home that will tempt you – it will make you give in at some point

11. Surround yourself with like-minded people

12. Keep away from social events for the first few weeks/months (this is hard, but worth a try)

13. Don’t go to restaurants and if you have no choice either pack your cooler box with your day’s food or go onto their website, chose what you’ll have and DON’T EVEN OPEN THE MENU at the restaurant. Also try to order before everyone else.

14. Don’t make it a big issue – inform the people in your surroundings about your goal and you’ll be surprised how they’ll help and motivate you – AND GET AWAY FROM THE ONE’S THAT SAY “JUST HAVE THIS, IT WONT MAKE YOU FAT” – they don’t share your goal and will surely be the one’s asking HOW ON EARTH YOU DID IT , once you’re there.

15. Get a friend to do it with you – it’s so much easier

16. Create a private Instagram account and load all your CSN meals on there for you to keep track of

17. Don’t be demotivated if the scale doesn’t show a linear decline in your weight – that is NORMAL – and the way weight loss occurs.

18. Don’t see it as a diet – but a lifestyle change. Understand how you are fueling your body with the right foods, in order to be the best version of yourself

19. Don’t compare yourself to anyone – you are all that matter

and the MOST IMPORTANT HACK

20. LOVE YOURSELF along the way. Even if you’re not ‘there’ yet – enjoy the journey and light other’s fires to become more self-loving, more healthy, more the BEST VERSIONS of themselves.

    I started my journey on Monday 14 October 2019. The first week I lost 4kg and 1cm around waist, chest and breast. This week I only lost 700g and no centimeters. I stick to the diet 100 percent and follow all the tips provided. Do my planning and drink water. What am I not doing that make my results so slow? Please help.

    1. Hi Carmen, thank you for your feedback and concerns.

      No need to worry and please keep following the program as best you can. Remember weight loss is not linear and it will not always go as planned with x amount of cm or kilograms lost. Although you might not see it or feel it your body is changing and you are moving forward so please stick to it.
