The History of the CSN Diet

Christo Strydom Nutrition (CSN) is the brainchild of Christo Strydom. It all started with a young man in the 1970’s and his ambition to change the world. At the tender age of 18, Christo Strydom soared to new heights when he became South Africa’s youngest flying instructor. This noteworthy accomplishment was just the start of what he would achieve.

As a pilot, Strydom found that an ideal concept design is significant.  He found that scientific laws such as the Bernoulli principle and the Venturi impact are essential to simplified frameworks.

Bernoulli’s principle says that when fluid moves faster, its pressure drops. The Venturi effect is the lessening in fluid pressure caused when a fluid flows through a constricted section of a pipe. Christo realized that these hypotheses were essential to keeping a plane in the air. Later, he realized that the same principles can be linked to physical well-being.

During his early years as a pilot, he met another pilot who had practiced as a therapeutic specialist. It is with this acquaintanceship that the seed for CSN was truly planted.

This colleague introduced Strydom to a vegetable soup and eating regimen. This dietary plan had a great deal of benefits and he decided to stick with it. It filled his dietary needs, while also helping him to remain a decent weight and an energetic pilot. Later, Christo went on to be a property designer where he met agents who spent a large part of their days behind a desk in their work areas.

He soon realized that this “ordinary” way of life has caused quite a few of his colleagues to become overweight and were prone to becoming ill. Strydom thought back on the dietary routine he followed, thanks to his former colleague, and convinced these individuals to try it.

Not long after that, he received positive feedback from those who had tried this new way of eating. But that’s not where the story ends. The feedback he received inspired Strydom’s desire to enhance the diet plan and routine so that it would become ideal for everyone. After a lot of trial and error, he perfected the eating design and CSN was born.

His focus was on the lymph system until he could further his work with nutrition alone. What he found was that by draining the lymph duct blockages, which was caused by a protein in the lymphatic system, lymph fluids were able to flow unobstructed.

His observations revealed that the adjusted eating plan restored the lymphatic system. It was also successful in treating the effects of many illnesses caused by unhealthy lifestyle choices.
